This will be an online group gathering, in which Helen will guide with some meditation and energy work to calm the mind, soothe the soul, and uplift the spirit.

Helen hosts a Virtual Circle in which she will  …

  • Will hold space for you to create some time for your self-care, from the comfort of your own home, in a virtual space, in a healing and restorative experience.
  • Will guide you through a Guided Healing Meditation, Clear Energy Blocks, and Channel Healing Energy.
  • Will facilitate a question-and-answer period so that you can ask questions about wellness, healing, and spirituality.

The dramatic change in our everyday lives has led to particularly high-stress levels.  Give yourself to connect with a group of like-minded individuals, and expand awareness with a toolbox to help manage stress.

The aim is to carve out some valuable ‘You Time’, giving you an opportunity to replenish and restore your energy levels and create a space to relax, and de-stress.

There is beauty in slowing down and finding a moment of peace with the ebb and flow of daily life.
