The dramatic change in our everyday lives has led to particularly high stress levels. This monthly session will allow you to take some time for your self-care, from the comfort of your own home, virtually surrounded by like-minded women who will all channel the energy for a healing and restorative experience.
Giving yourself over to this session once a month will allow you to carve out some valuable ‘You Time’, giving you an opportunity to check in with yourself.
This will be a small online group gathering, through a healing circle in which Helen will guide with some meditation to calm the mind, soothe the soul, and uplift the spirit.
